วิทยาลัยแพทย์ฉุกเฉินแห่งประเทศไทย เปิดอบรม Resuscitative Procedures Course สำหรับแพทย์ผู้สนใจเพื่อการช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยวิกฤติอย่างเป็นระบบ
โดยเรียน Lecture ผ่าน ระบบ Video online และมีตารางการจัด Workshop จำนวน 2 รอบ ดังนี้

วันที่ 24-25 ธันวาคม 63 สถานที่ รพ.มหาราช นครเชียงใหม่
วันที่ 1-2 มีนาคม 64 สถานที่ รพ.รามาธิบดี

โดยผู้เรียนสามารถเลือกเรียน Workshop ได้เพียงรอบเดียวเท่านั้น

ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนสมัคร Resuscitative Procedures Course สำหรับแพทย์ผู้สนใจ
เปิดรับสมัคร วันจันทร์ที่ 28 กันยายน 2563 จนถึง 31 ตุลาคม 2563 หรือจนกว่าผู้สมัครครบตามจำนวน
1. ก่อนเข้าระบบโอนเงินลงทะเบียนเรียน จำนวน 9,500 บำท มาที่
“ธนาคารกรุงไทย สาขากระทรวงสาธารณสุข-ติวานนท์ บัญชีเลขที่ 142-0-25854-0 ชื่อบัญชี วิทยาลัยแพทย์ฉุกเฉินแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อ อฝส.”
(ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป) แนะนำให้ทำก่อนเพราะต้องแนบหลักฐานการโอนเงินขณะกรอกข้อมูลในใบสมัคร

  1. เริ่มรับลงทะเบียน วันจันทร์ที่ 28 กันยายน 2563 จนถึง 31 ตุลาคม 2563 หรือจนกว่าผู้สมัครครบตามจำนวน

    กรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน ระวังสะกดผิด! เพราะต้องใช้ประกอบการทำประกาศนียบัตร
    เลือก enroll หัวข้อเรียน TCEP Resuscitative procedure 2563 โดยใช้ self-enrollment code : tcepresus2563
    เลือกรอบที่ต้องการลงทะเบียน แต่ละรอบจะมีการจำกัดผู้เรียนอยู่ที่ 32 คน โดยผู้ลงทะเบียนก่อนมีสิทธิได้เลือกรอบก่อน

หลังจากตรวจสอบหลักฐานการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้เรียนจะสามารถเข้าถึง Video online ได้ เพื่อศึกษาบทเรียนก่อนเข้า workshop โดยสามารถกลับมาทบทวนได้
ผู้เรียนต้องดูบทเรียน online และทำ pretest ก่อนเข้า workshop โดยจะเปิดให้ทำ pretest ก่อนวันเข้า workshop 2 สัปดาห์ และจะต้องได้คะแนน pretest อย่างน้อย 40% จึงจะมีสิทธิเข้าร่วม workshop

หลังจากผ่านการอบรม workshop และสอบผ่านทั้งทฤษฏีและปฏิบัติแล้ว ผู้เรียนจะสามารถพิมพ์ใบประกาศนียบัตรผ่านการอบรมได้ด้วยตนเองผ่าน
หากสอบทฤษฎีไม่ผ่านในวันที่เข้ารับการอบรม ผู้เรียนจะสามารถทำการสอบซ้ำได้ 1 เดือนหลังจากการสอบครั้งแรก

ในการฝึกอบรมนี้จะประกอบไปด้วย
- การดูแลทางเดิน หำยใจในภาวะฉุกเฉิน รวมถึงการให้ยานำสลบอย่าง รวดเร็วเพื่อการใส่ท่อช่วยหายใจ (rapid sequence intubation; RSI)
- การให้ยานำสลบในช่วงการทำหัตถการ (procedural sedation)
- การใส่สายใน เส้นเลือดดำใหญ่ในตำแหน่งต่างๆ
- การให้สารน้ำทาง Introosseuos
- การเลือกและการตั้งเครื่องช่วย หายใจแบบ non-invasive และ invasive
- การทำ ultrasound เพื่อการช่วยชีวิต (ultrasound resuscitation)
- การดูแลผู้ป่วย หลังการช่วยชีวิต (post resuscitation care)
- การฝึกใช้อุปกรณ์ ช่วยชีวิตและการติดตามอาการโดยใช้ เครื่องมอนิเตอร์แบบก้าวหน้า (advanced monitoring) อย่างเหมาะสมถูกต้อง
- การประเมินและการ จัดการทีมดูแลผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉิน (team approach for resucitation)
